File Preparation & Uploads

If your question is not answered in the FAQ section regarding file preparation, you may submit a Support Request using our Contact Form.

Please make sure you include:

•  Problem description
•  Type of file(s) you are preparing for print
•  Where you prefer to be contacted

Supported file extensions for uploading include: zip, rar, pdf, doc, xls, ppt, jpg, jpeg, gif, png, psd, ai, eps. There is no size limit yet we recommend to keep each upload under 300MB. You may select multiple files at once or click on the folder icon as many times as you need to add files individually. We recommend zipping files to simplify multiple uploads. After you have selected the file(s) desired you must enter the code shown below and press the upload button to begin the process. Please wait until you are redirected to the upload confirmation page to complete this process.

If you experience any problems uploading files, it may be caused by a file compatibility or file corruption issue. If this occurs we recommend one of the following options:
